I am a 26 year old from Newbury in Berkshire. Having only picked up a rod for the first ever time 6 years ago, I am fairly new to the sport! I was introduced to fishing by a good work colleague of mine.  He invited me for a few hours one day after work and I havent looked back since!

I prefer to fish the quieter venues - away from the busy crowds and more secluded from civilization. I find this gives me more of an opportunity to enjoy the beauty of fishing and focus more on my approach.  

Having never really been one to chase new 'PB's, i prefer to just enjoy catching good looking fish in enjoyable places. Meeting new people and experiencing new venues is also what  enjoy about the sport and l am never one to shy away from a social!

Since being given the opportunity to fish with NX Baits, my catch rate has noticeably improved and i have much more confidence in the quality of my feed. I have met a great bunch of lads within the team and everyone puts so much passion into the business and the bait production process.

My prefered baits are the Crab + Cray for the warmer months, and the Scopex Peach for the cooler ones. Both have a great texture and consist of loads of small food items within the baits themselves. They both smell lovely and the carp cant get enough of them either
