I Started fishing at the age of 8 then moved onto match fishing at around 12, I still do some match fishing but predominantly just carp fishing now. 

My experiences come from fishing venues like Wraysbury, Horseshoe and large waters where i can spomb at range and fish over large beds of bait.     

I prefer to fish wafters or pop ups and find that the entire  NX range gives me that edge on my syndicate waters.
